Professional Liability Insurance

Elisa Bauer maintains a professional liability insurance with R + V Versicherung AG, Raiffeisenplatz 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, with territorial scope for the Federal Republic of Germany.

Out-of-court settlement

In the case of disputes between lawyers and their clients, there is the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution at the Regional Bar Association (Berlin) pursuant to § 73 II No. 3 i.V.m. § 73 V BRAO or at the conciliation office of the legal profession at the Federal Bar Association (www.schlichtungsstelle-der-rechtsanwaltschaft.de) in accordance with § 191 f BRAO.
